Our fudge is cooked in a copper kettle to the precise temperature to make it set up and then poured on to a 500 lb. marble slab table. There it is air whipped with a wooden paddle and formed into a loaf. The fudge is then cut into 2/3 lb. slices.

You can choose up to 3 pieces of fudge from our 4 delicious flavors. Make sure you send some to a friend, too.
